Yes. Because the practice is limited to federal immigration law, clients can be represented anywhere in the United States, including remotely.
How long does a spousal petition take?
Processing times are set by USCIS and change regularly. We will review current timelines for your specific filing during your consultation.
What documents should I gather first?
Start with identity documents, your marriage certificate, and proof of your shared life together. We will give you a complete checklist.
Can I work while my immigration application is pending?
Whether you can work while your case is pending depends on your immigration status and eligibility for employment authorization. In some cases, you may be eligible to apply for a work permit (Form I-765). We can review your eligibility as part of your case.
